Exchange Policy

Sorry! We do not give any refund!

We will gladly exchange any dress for size and color within 3 calendar days upon receipt of delivery. Please email us at exchange@myangeldress.com within 3 days of receipt. We will do an exchange for you as soon as possible.

On the email, please provide us your ORDER# and the reason for exchange. A reply email will be sent to you with EXCHANGE ID, and instructions. All garments sent for return must have tags and packaging attached in original condition and the properly issued EXCHANGE ID clearly marked on the outside of the package. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged to be accepted. Packages sent back to us without the appropriate EXCHANGE ID on the box or not meeting criteria will not be exchanged at the customer’s expense. Please ship out within 2 days from the day that you obtain the EXCHANGE ID.

Customers are responsible for Shipping Fees when shipping back to us for an exchange. Customer can ship back to us via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service.

Please ensure your package shipping address and packing. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping back to us for exchange.

All Christening & Baptism, Wedding gowns, Quinceanera dresses, and Fancy Dresses are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. Please follow size chart before ordering.
